I’ve been doing this for 10 years – there’s no time like the present. You’re going to get older anyway, and it’s never going to be easier to get started on YouTube than it is right now. It’s never been easier to create content, grow your audience, and start a business than now.
YouTube and putting your face on camera is the same thing – there’s such a small fraction of people who have the guts to do it and dare to do it. The fact that you feel uncomfortable should be a sign that you should do it because everybody else feels the same and they don’t dare to show up. That alone is proof that starting YouTube over 40, 50, 60, 70, or 80, there are simply more benefits than not doing it.
